The event saw a large gathering of respected businessmen and community members who praised his exemplary conduct.
Mohammad Yameen Rehmani recounted that he found the bag near a petrol pump while passing by. Upon arriving home, he opened the bag and was shocked to find it contained Rs1.3 million. Concerned about the distress the owner must be facing, he immediately began considering how to return the money.
Meanwhile, a post about the lost cash gained widespread attention on social media. Using this, Mohammad Yameen contacted the owner and returned the full amount, acting purely out of trust and honesty.
His actions serve as an inspiring reminder of the importance of integrity in times when such values are increasingly rare.
