LAHORE – A tragic incident unfolded when the body of 14-year-old Asad was recovered from rainwater accumulated near Raiwind Road on Sunday. Rescue 1122 teams were dispatched following reports of a child trapped in floodwaters. Divers located Asad submerged in a deep water pool; he was found unresponsive and later declared dead at the scene.

The recovered body was handed over to his grieving family. Authorities issued stern warnings to parents and guardians to keep their children away from waterlogged areas during the ongoing monsoon season.
