Karachi police are investigating the death of 40-year-old Tasleem Bibi, who was found with a gunshot wound to the left temple in her mother’s home in Orangi Town’s Sector 10. While initial reports suggested suicide, authorities have raised doubts due to several inconsistencies.

The firearm used in the incident was registered to Tasleem’s brother, Sultan. Additionally, two of her sisters-in-law were present at the scene and claimed she shot herself. However, police noted that the gunshot wound was on the left side of her head, which is uncommon for a right-handed individual attempting suicide. These factors have led investigators to consider both homicide and suicide possibilities.

The case remains under investigation as authorities work to determine the circumstances surrounding Tasleem Bibi’s death.
